Please email us at least 7 days prior with any changes in numbers or changes to bookings that need to be made.

• No changes to your booking can be made on your original admission date, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the booking.
• You can amend the date, time, session & number of participants by emailing us seven (7) days prior to your original admission date; subject to availability. Please quote your booking reference. NO changes can made after that time.
• No refunds or date changes will be made for those not participating / partial participation on the day.
• If your final attendance is less than 20, we reserve the right to cancel your booking discount and amend the ticket price accordingly.
• Teachers / supervisors, if participating, must also be included in your numbers to be paid for.
• We suggest you arrive 30 minutes before your chosen session to check in and be ready for your safety induction and ensure all participants have read and agreed to the group Rider Agreement.
• A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you once your number of participants are confirmed.
• All operational guidelines still apply.
• Bookings DO NOT allow the sole use of HydroDash unless minimum participant capacity is met. Please email us for enquiry. Subject to availability when booking.
• Children aged 5-6 must be accompanied by an adult to enter HydroDash – maximum ratio is 2 Children to every 1 Adult.
• The schools price is applicable for a minimum of 20 persons at time of booking and during normal school hours of operation.
• No further discounts apply.
• No changes to date or refunds will be made in the case of change of mind or wet weather.
• HydroDash will only close in extreme weather conditions (lightning storms & winds over 40 knots). HydroDash will notify any bookings in the system if we have any closures, outside of these conditions we are OPEN.
